Building from Bharat, Not for Bharat

"Lucknow taught me resilience. When investors said 'why not move to Bangalore?', I said — because this problem lives here."

Why We Exist

India's startup ecosystem was always seen through the lens of Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi. The rest of India — with its millions of aspirational founders in Indore, Jaipur, Coimbatore, Lucknow — was invisible.

We started BharatKa Startup in 2020 because we believed that the most powerful startup stories weren't happening in glass-tower co-working spaces. They were happening in small rooms, in cities no one was watching, by founders no one was writing about.

Our mission is simple: democratize startup inspiration. Make every young person in Nagpur, Vizag, or Patna feel that their city, their background, their accent — none of it is a disadvantage. It's a superpower.

"If they can build from there, I can too." — That's the feeling we exist to create.
